  12.     IdAll        Identify all your registered Nicks & Channels.
  13.     NSAdd        Adds your current IP/Domain name from NickServ Access List
  14.     NSDel        Removes your current IP/Domain name from NickServ Access List
  15.   *  NSAdd and NSDel are for users who are very security concious about thier Nickname.
  16.   *  They will allow you to add and remove your current address to/from your access list.
  17.     Quit        Remove DalHelper Version Clips information.
